Department of Community Health and e-Michigan have developed an on-line
application for enrolling in the MIChild and Healthy Kids Programs.

If your child qualifies for MIChild,
you pay a monthly premium of only $5.00. Even if you have more than
one child, you pay only $5.00. There are no co-pays or deductibles.
