Well Construction Permits
The Environmental Health
Program of the Huron County
Health
Department follows the standards of Act 368 as amended
and the Safe Drinking Water
Act. The Well Water Construction program
licenses, inspects and approves the construction of
water wells in Huron County.

Permit Application
Permits are required for any new construction of a water well or a major alteration or repair of an existing well. What is needed to complete an application?
